Ed Sanders issued six catalogues between June 1964 and September 1965, then issued two more as the Peace Eye Bookstore, the last being issued in 1968.
1. ED SANDERS’ CATALOGUE, No. 1, edited by Ed Sanders

From the cover: “A catalogue of manuscripts, holographs, literary relics, tape recordings, drawings, books, magazines, broadsides, tractata, drek, &other effluvia of the literary divinity.”
According to Beat Books, “The first of six rare book catalogues issued by Ed Sanders between June 1964 and September 1965, listing 55 items, including a folio of papers relating to his publication of “Roosevelt After Inauguration” by William Burroughs, a complete (to date) run of Fuck You/a magazine of the arts, and a silk-screened pillow case by Andy Warhol (“this famous & gleaming artist”), priced at $100.00.
“The most famous item was Allen Ginsberg’s Ponds Cold Cream jar, ‘or cock lubricant’, specially inscribed by him, priced at $35.00 and described by Sanders as “A literary document & relic never offered before in the history of western civilisation”. It didn’t sell and Sanders later gave it to Richard Avedon during a Fugs photo shoot.”
