As stated on the title page of the 2nd printing of 100 copies by grass coin publishing company in 1967, ‘this was one of the publications seized by the cleveland police in the dec. 1966 blitz-bomb.’ The 2nd printing had a different cover, a modified title page and did not contain the index section. What is presented here is a reproduction of the original, the unique pages from the second edition as well as the original manuscript pages.”
